It is our hope that people across the city of Dallas will use their God-given skillset and talents to serve men and women who are returning home from incarceration, as well as veterans.
Whether you are interested in mentoring, assisting in our office with administrative work, as a computer lab host, or you would like to facilitate a class for our clients, The Way Back has a place for you!

The Way Back works with local employers to find stable jobs for our participants. We work closely with our employment partners to develop and maintain strong relationships so that we can ensure a suitable placement for both the employer and participant.
Employers can receive tax credits through the Work Opportunity Tax Credit for new hires who meet certain criteria. For more information, visit www.twc.texas.gov
